Finca Comassema

The existence of the village of Coma-sema dates back to the prehistoric Mallorcan era, as evidenced by the presence of a Megalithic monument. The earliest historical references to the estate date back to the time of the conquest by Jaime I in 1229, when its first owner was Nuño Sanz. The estate is located in one of the most rugged and privileged areas of the Northern Sierra of Mallorca, the Sierra de Tramuntana, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Cultural Landscape category since 2011, due to its emblematic places such as Orient.
